1. Flue gas internal circulation, stratified combustion technology, combustion-supporting air is cold air or hot air < 150 ℃, NOx emission ≤ 80 mg/Nm3
2. Burner power range: 175-10500kW
3. Fully electronic proportional adjustment, high adjustment accuracy, high combustion efficiency
4. Aerodynamic design, low operating noise
5. Gas pressure protection, air pressure protection
6. Automatic detection of gas leakage, dual gas valve group
7. Safe flame monitoring system
8. Pre-purging the furnace
9. When the burner stops, the damper is automatically closed
10. The burner is easy to install, debug and maintain
You can simply switch to a different type of gas (for other types of gas, the burner parameters will change, please consult the SWT burner technical department for more details)
Note: Fill the soft refractory material between the flame tube and the gap between the furnace wall.
