Low nitrogen burner technology
Jan 15, 2024
The NOx emissions from the burners used in traditional natural gas boilers are around 120 to 150 mg. Low-nitrogen burners generally refer to burners with NOx emissions between 30 and 80 mg. Burners with NOx emissions below 30 mg are generally called ultra-low nitrogen burners.
1. NOx emissions from traditional burners are mainly due to the following reasons:
1. In order to ensure sufficient combustion, a large excess air is used;
2. The combustion temperature is generally around 1800 degrees;
2. Low nitrogen burners are generally based on the following technologies:
1. Electronic proportional adjustment and oxygen content control technology to accurately control oxygen content; 2. FGR flue gas recirculation technology to reduce flame temperature and oxygen content;
3. Fully premixed surface combustion technology to reduce flame temperature and achieve full combustion.www.burners-china.com
