1) Check with the naked eye to see if there is any abnormality in the appearance of the whole machine.
2) Power supply: Focus on confirming the power connection of the whole machine and the Oil Gas Burner controller. First, confirm the power supply of the whole machine, and then confirm whether the power connection of the controller is normal when the power supply of the whole machine is turned on. In the case that the power supply of the whole machine is connected normally, but the controller has no power supply voltage, a person with electrician operation ability is required to check according to the circuit. If it has been confirmed that the power supply is correct, for example, the burner can be started normally, and only the combustion is interrupted abnormally, this step can be omitted. If the burner failure shows that the whole machine has no action, the items must be checked.
3) When the fuel supply is under normal pressure, check the pipeline from the fuel tank to the fuel pump. First, observe the fuel reserve status of the fuel tank with the naked eye, and then untie the connection between the fuel pipe and the fuel pump to see if there is fuel flowing out... (Poor fuel flow will cause smoke, intermittent burner shutdown, etc.) The following requires certain electrician operation skills, including experience in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance. When it is clear that the first three points are normal, the fault states of the burner are mostly after the burner motor is started:
① No ignition, ② Extinguished in a short time after ignition, ③ Irregular interruption in the middle of combustion, ④ Smoke... …. Of course, it also includes the phenomenon that the whole machine does not move when the power supply and fuel are normal.
4) The whole machine has no action. When the power supply of the whole machine and the controller is connected normally, this phenomenon occurs. After the program controller is reset, there is still no action. Most of the important parts are damaged.
①Use a screwdriver to rotate the slot on the rotor shaft of the motor to eliminate the mechanical failure of the motor.
② Measure the motor coil. If it is a single-phase motor, check the starting capacitor, and check the power relay and thermal relay for a three-phase motor.
③Turn on the motor power separately, and the actual observation shows that the above are all normal, then the motor fault is ruled out.
④Measure the photocell. Generally, the photocell can be judged by measuring with a multimeter. Usually, it is only necessary to measure its on-off in the photosensitive and non-light state, without considering its accurate resistance value. Generally speaking, if the whole machine does not move, the photocell will only cause this phenomenon when it is in the normally on state. Measure the ignition transformer
⑤ Turn on the igniter separately, and observe the actual ignition position with the naked eye (the burner needs to be dismantled)
⑥ The above inspections are all normal, mostly because the program controller is faulty. The controller is more complex, and there is no simple way to judge it. If you do not have the weak current maintenance ability, you can only replace the controller for testing.
5) The motor of the non-ignition burner starts to run, and it is turned off for a short period of time without ignition, which is mostly due to the failure of the igniter, including the damage of the igniter, and the incorrect ignition position (such as the deviation of the ignition position, or the leakage of the electrode, etc.) After starting, it burns for a short time. After closing, most of them are photocell failures, including photocell photosensitive obstacles or non-conduction after sightseeing. This item should be
completed in the investigation of 4) ④. In the above phenomenon, the possibility of controller output failure cannot be ruled out.
6) Smoke On the premise that the moving parts are in good condition,
① adjust the proper oil pressure and damper angle. Note: If you are not very sure, do not adjust the pressure and angle at a large angle.
② Check the smoke exhaust system such as the combustion chamber and chimney, and visually observe whether there is grease. In the case of high temperature, the volatilization of grease is one of the important reasons for black smoke. If the above two steps are still ineffective, proceed as follows:
① Check the filters, including external filters, oil pump filters (inside the oil pump), and oil nozzle filters. Check the oil pump pressure and adjust it appropriately. If the pressure is lower than 1mpa, most of the oil pumps need to be replaced. If necessary, the detachable burner can actually observe the fuel injection state. The pressure of the oil pump is adjusted normally, and most of the nozzles can be used, but it is recommended to replace the nozzles once a year - even if the wear of the nozzles does not affect the use, the combustion efficiency will continue to decrease with the degree of wear.
