Precautions for Retrofitting Boiler Low Nitrogen Burners

1. When the secondary ignition procedure of the gas burner fails continuously, it should be stopped to check whether the gas supply system of the burner is normal and whether the circuit connection is correct. The burner can be restarted after the fault is removed.

2. It is strictly forbidden to use a wrench or metal rod to tap and rub the gas supply pipeline to avoid static electricity or sparks and gas explosion.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, weld, cut and other illegal operations at the air supply valve group or the flange surface of the pipeline.

4. It is strictly forbidden to conduct any open flame test beside the pipeline, valve group and pressure regulating valve to avoid major accidents.

5. In the gas supply pipeline, it has been emptied, but there is residual gas or liquid droplets on the wall of the pipe. If it is encountered, static sparks and open flames will also cause combustion and explosion.

6. When the gas supply pipeline has been synchronized, and the valve group is faulty, it needs to be disassembled. First, the main valve at the front end of the valve group must be cut off, and then the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group must be vented, and then the valve group can be disassembled and repair.

7. It is forbidden to use non-explosion-proof electric power tools on site.

8. The valve block must be checked before the leak detection device is used.

9. Before starting the burner, the air supply pressure test must be done to check whether there is any leakage. After confirming that it is normal, the simulated operation must be performed.

10. When the burner is not in use, inform the customer to cut off the main gas supply valve and the main power supply switch.

11. It is recommended not to debug the burner at night.

12. At the end of the commissioning, organize the operator to conduct training on the direction of use and operation, and establish the operation process of the low-nitrogen burner if necessary.
