1. The need for automation.
After selecting fuel, users should choose nozzles (burners) or fully automatic burners according to their own economic capabilities and equipment needs.
Generally speaking, the cost of selecting nozzles (burning nozzles) is low, but the safety problem is difficult to guarantee; the cost of selecting fully automatic burners is high, but there is no need to equip the fan and control system by yourself, the operation is convenient, and the furnace temperature control accuracy is high. Safe and secure.
2. According to the furnace temperature and pressure (internal pressure of the furnace)
When choosing a burner, be sure to clarify to the manufacturer which type of equipment your equipment belongs to, how high the temperature in the furnace is, whether the furnace is positive or negative, and how high the pressure is. Because the furnace temperature is different, the structure of the burner is different, and the materials used are also different; the burner selected for positive furnace pressure has a higher pressure, and the burner selected for negative furnace pressure has a lower pressure.
3. The main user of fuel type should decide what fuel to use.
Choose the burner according to the fuel you choose. For example, if the fuel is diesel oil, use the oil burner; if the fuel is gas, use the gas burner. Because there are many types of gas and the difference in calorific value is large, a certain gas burner can only burn this kind of gas. For example, a natural gas burner cannot burn liquefied gas or coal gas; similarly, a gas burner cannot burn natural gas or liquefied gas. The high calorific value gas burner burns low calorific value gas, and the output of the burner is not enough; on the contrary, the low calorific value gas burner burns high calorific value gas and is prone to incomplete combustion or blasting accidents. The burner has its own gas pressure range, if the gas pressure is not within the designed pressure range of the burner, it cannot be used. If the gas pressure exceeds the designed pressure range of the burner, it is easy to cause risks; if the gas pressure is lower than the designed pressure range of the burner, the output of the burner will not work. For example, a certain area in Shanxi imported more than ten sets of foreign boilers, and the burner by the way is a gas burner with a pressure of 15Kpa, and the gas pressure in this area is only 3-4 Kpa, and some burners cannot be used.
4. Select according to the region.
Different regions have different needs for burners. For example, in northeastern cities, the burner control system needs to be resistant to low temperature; in Xinjiang oilfield, the control system needs to be resistant to high temperature and low temperature; the air pressure in the plateau area is low, and the standard burner cannot work here, so this factor should be considered when selecting .
