Ways to extend Industrial boiler burner life
Sep 24, 2022
When using a Industrial boiler burner, the maintenance and maintenance of the burners used in boilers are very important. Regular maintenance and maintenance are an important condition for prolonging the life of the burner. Before maintenance, the burner and its components should be thoroughly inspected. Routine maintenance of burners can save significant energy and money and extend the life of the combustion system. A burner that has undergone regular maintenance can adapt to changes in the working environment in a timely and efficient manner.
Burners - For oil type burners, clean the "y" filter. Good filtration of heavy oil and residual oil is the key to preventing clogging of injectors and valves.
a. Check the pressure difference on the burner to see if it works normally and whether the oil pressure is within the appropriate range, so as to ensure that the fuel pressure can be accurately read after adjusting the burner. Adjust the extension length of the atomizer on the oil nozzle, adjust and detect the low oil pressure switch. When using heavy oil, check the fuel heating and controls, and look at the oil temperature switch on the burner tube bank. Consult the required oil viscosity to keep the burner working properly, and regularly check whether the viscosity of the heavy or residual oil used meets the requirements. It is also necessary to clean and lubricate the valve connections. If the connection is sticky or too rough, repair or replace with a suitable fitting. Finally, clean the grease nipples regularly as recommended by the manufacturer. b. Main gas source for natural gas burners - For burners fueled by natural gas, check the main gas source regulating valve to ensure that the line is intact. Do not adjust the regulating valve of the gas company, the gas company will assist in cleaning, maintaining and adjusting the regulating valve of the main gas source. If there is a sensing line, check it for damage.
Filters - If a "y" filter is installed before the control valve, take care to clean the control valve - check the control valve on the gas burner to see if the adjustment bolt is easy to adjust. Make sure all outlets and screens are not blocked.
Burner - Check the gas pipe set to make sure that the manual switch adjustment is sensitive and the valve handle is installed. Check to see if the barometer is working properly. When adjusting gas burners, an accurate pressure display is critical. Rotate the low and high pressure switches to confirm their operation. The connection of the air valve needs to be cleaned and lubricated. If the connection is sticky or too rough, it needs to be replaced with a suitable fitting. If the burner is installed with detachable piping, care should also be taken to clean it.
c. Burners of other fuels In addition to the above fuels, there are many kinds of fuels for burners. Burner manufacturers can assist with burner maintenance schedules and procedures when using other fuels and determine a good maintenance schedule.
d. Don't Neglect Oxygen Supply Once a maintenance schedule for the oil supply system and burner has been established, check the oxygen supply to the system. Oxygen supply to most burners is achieved by a fan or fan combination system.
