Performance characteristics of low nitrogen burners

According to the project requirements, the ultra-low nitrogen split electronic proportional gas burner is selected. This series of burners has the following performance characteristics:

1. The low-nitrogen burner adopts a split layout, built-in full electronic proportional adjustment system and parameter screen display to realize man-machine dialogue.

2. The combustion head of the low-nitrogen type burner is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel material, and the unique combustion head structure design realizes the staged combustion of air and gas; flame temperature.

3. The flue gas recirculation technology (FGR) is adopted to greatly reduce the emission of NOX, and the NOX can reach below 30mg/m3.

4. The pipeline arrangement at the front of the low-nitrogen burner has sufficient clearance and maintenance space, and the maintenance is convenient and reliable.

5. The low-nitrogen burner has low operating noise, the noise is less than 85db, and the exhaust emission meets the requirements of environmental protection.

6. The burner valve group of this project uses a pneumatic quick shut-off valve.

7. The low-nitrogen burner adopts the German Siemens program control system, which has the following characteristics:

(1) The burner adopts precise fuel and damper actuators: the actuators are high-precision actuators, and the stepping angle can reach 0.1°, that is to say, the damper and gas valve openings take 900 steps from 0 to 90°, so that The air volume and air volume control accuracy are greatly improved. Therefore, the fuel consumption and the load can be precisely matched to the maximum extent, saving energy, and the combustion efficiency can reach 99.9%.

(2) Separate adjustment of fuel and air supply: the fuel and air valve are controlled by their respective actuators, and the fuel and air volume operation curves are set during the initial commissioning. The burner maintains a reasonable air/fuel ratio at all times during operation to reduce the heat loss caused by excess air or insufficient oxygen.

(3) The adjustment ratio of the burner can be increased: due to the improvement of the stepping angle accuracy of the actuator, the fuel volume and air volume of the small fire position can be reduced, and the adjustment ratio of the burner can be greatly improved, which is conducive to energy saving and reduction of NOX emissions .

(4) Control the opening degree of the damper according to the oxygen content in the flue gas emission: the opening degree of the damper can be controlled online according to the oxygen content in the flue gas emission, so that the burner can be controlled regardless of whether it is winter or summer, high or low altitude. , to ensure that the oxygen content is always controlled within the set range, and get rid of the loss of flue gas emissions caused by changes in the oxygen content in the air. The operation and positioning of the intake air conditioning device is achieved through the control of the associated electric device by the burner controller.

13. The burner is equipped with an igniter for automatic ignition of natural gas. All burners and igniters are equipped with necessary seals and cooling air connections. All burners are equipped with automatic sequential ignition and ignition safety protection.

14. The burner is equipped with a flame monitor.

15. The burner control system includes: automatic leak detection of the fuel system, front and rear purging of the furnace, automatic ignition and program start and stop, flameout protection, low pressure protection, safety interlock protection and combustion, load regulation, etc.
