Low nitrogen combustion technology
Nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions: achieve ultra-low emissions of ≤ 30mg/m ³ (standard oxygen content of 11%) through the following technologies:
Graded combustion: dividing the combustion process into a "lean oxygen combustion zone" and a "rich oxygen combustion zone" to reduce the peak combustion temperature;
Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR): Introducing some low-temperature flue gas mixed with gas/air to reduce combustion temperature and oxygen concentration;
Full premixed combustion: Gas and air are fully mixed before combustion to achieve "blue flame combustion", resulting in more uniform and complete combustion.
3. Gas adaptability
Applicable fuels: natural gas (NG, calorific value 8500-9500 kcal/m ³), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG, calorific value 22000-25000 kcal/kg);
Gas pressure range: 30-50kPa (requires matching with gas pressure regulating device).
