How To Adjust The Burner

Jul 15, 2022

Combustion adjustment should not only be based on theory, but also guided by practical experience:

① Use the flame detection monitoring window as one of the main monitoring screens. Keep the combustion stable in the furnace, the flame is bright golden yellow, not skewed, not attached to the wall, and has a good flame fullness.

② Maintain the oxygen content at the inlet of the air preheater within the range of 4% to 6%. When there is a dark red and long flame or even black smoke from the chimney, the auxiliary air baffle of the boiler should be adjusted in time to organize reasonable air distribution to maintain air volume, The best combination of powder amount keeps the furnace burning well.

③ The coal level of the coal bunker should be monitored frequently to prevent the coal mill from breaking coal due to the burning of the raw coal bunker.

④ When the boiler combustion is unstable, it is strictly forbidden to blow the boiler soot and start and stop the pulverizing system.

⑤ Observe the flame situation on the spot, pay attention to the air leakage of the furnace, and all the fire viewing holes and coking holes are tightly closed.

⑥ The operating personnel should understand and master the characteristics of incoming coal in time, be aware of changes in coal quality, and organize reasonable combustion.

⑦ Regular observation and analysis of boiler fly ash and bottom ash and slag, and timely adjustment of combustion to maintain the economical operation of the boiler.

In the direct-blown pulverizing system, the operating load of the boiler is directly related to the output of the coal mill, which makes the entire pulverizing system often unable to operate under the most economical conditions. Since the output of the pulverizing system is equal to the amount of coal entering the furnace, the change of the ventilation volume of the system affects the mixing ratio of the primary and secondary air, thereby affecting the stability of the boiler operation and the combustion conditions in the furnace. The air volume and coal volume of the pulverizing system change with the change of the boiler operating load, and the pulverized gas concentration in the system changes frequently. Safe, stable and economical operation.
