Two 6-ton hot air low nitrogen gas burners have been shipped.

Application scope

1. Industrial drying field

Food processing: grain drying, nut baking, tea withering (hot air temperature of 60 ℃~120 ℃, stable air volume to control humidity);

Textile printing and dyeing: drying of raw fabric, curing of dyes (hot air temperature of 150 ℃~250 ℃, requiring high temperature uniformity);

Wood processing: drying and anti-corrosion treatment of the board (controlled by hot air and humidity to avoid wood cracking).

2. Agriculture and Environmental Protection

Greenhouse: Hot air heating in winter (temperature 30 ℃~50 ℃, equipped with CO ₂ generator to supplement crop photosynthesis needs);

Sludge drying: Industrial sludge is dehydrated and then dried with hot air (at a temperature of 200 ℃~300 ℃, reducing the moisture content to below 30%).
