3. Preparation before opening the furnace

①Gas furnace to check whether the gas pressure is normal, not too high or too low, open the oil and gas supply valve;

②Check whether the water pump is in the water, otherwise open the air valve until the water is stopped. Open each door of the water supply system (including the front and rear of the water pump and the water supply door of the burner);

③ Check the water level gauge, the water level should be in the normal position, the water level gauge and the water level color plug should be in the open position, to eliminate the false water level, if there is a shortage of water, you can manually fill the water;

④ Check the valve on the pressure pipe, it must be opened, and the windshield on the flue must be fully opened;

⑤ Check that each knob on the control cabinet is in the normal position;

⑥ Check that the outlet valve of the steam burner should be closed, and the outlet valve of the circulating water pump of the hot water burner should also be closed;

⑦ Check whether the softened water equipment is in normal operation, and whether the various goals of the softened water produced meet the national standards.

4. Start the furnace

1) Steam burner (1) Turn on the main power supply; (2) Start the burner; (3) When the air release valve on the drum is completely steam, close it; (4) Check the burner manhole, hand hole flange and valve, and find seepage Tighten the leaks.
