How to adjust the air flow of hot water boiler burners
There are two ways to adjust the air flow of hot water boiler burners:
One is the air flow adjustment device for single-stage, two-stage and three-stage burners:
1: Single-stage burner: For single-stage (ON/OFF) burners, the air door is fixed after debugging.
2: Two-stage burner: The two-stage burner has a air door adjustment device driven by a servo motor. When the air door rotates, the opening of the air inlet changes, thereby changing the air intake.
The second is the air flow adjustment device of the sliding type fuel hot water boiler burner:
1: Air oil adjustment principle: The cam mechanism rotates clockwise to the high fire position under the drive of the servo motor, which can adjust the spring belt, drive the air door baffle connector and open the air door as a front purge. In the late stage of pre-purge, the servo motor drives the cam disc to push open the oil quantity regulating valve, so that the air damper turns to the ignition load position. In this position, the oil quantity regulator is fully open, which means that only a small part of the oil is atomized in the nozzle, and most of it flows back to the oil tank through the return oil pipe. 2: Air volume adjustment: By adjusting the sliding screw on the adjustment mechanism, drive the air damper opening, and measure the smoke composition at each load point to make the air volume suitable for the oil volume. After the above adjustment is completed, tighten the outer locking screw. 3: Oil volume adjustment: Use an Allen wrench to rotate the Allen screw to make the eccentric steel sheet convex or concave, and use the eccentric steel sheet to push the oil quantity regulator to achieve the purpose of oil volume adjustment.
