How Hot air Burner Works In A Spray Dryer System

Combustion Process – Gas is mixed with air in a staged or premixed burner to reduce peak flame temperature (lowering NOx).

Heat Exchange – Hot combustion gases pass through a heat exchanger or directly mix with process air (indirect/direct heating).

Hot Air Supply – Clean, heated air enters the spray dryer chamber to evaporate moisture from atomized droplets.

Emission Control – Exhaust gases are treated (if needed) before release.
