How to shut down a large-capacity boiler burner in an emergency?
Shutdown Procedure: Safety from Beginning to End
When the boiler is to be stopped, first turn the start button on the Industrial Gas Burner control cabinet to the stop position, then press the emergency stop button, and finally turn off the power. Remember to close the gas inlet valve on the gas circuit system.
If the shutdown is for more than 24 hours, also close the storage tank outlet valve to prevent gas leaks.
For temporary shutdowns, first turn off the main fire, then turn off the combustion control switch, and finally turn off the stop button.
Emergency Handling
If a gas leak occurs anywhere in the accessory rack gas circuit system, hose connections, or solenoid valve interface, immediately stop the Industrial Furnace Burner equipment and handle the problem in the following order:
1. Turn the burner control cabinet button to the stop position.
2. Only after the fan has stopped should you press the emergency stop button before starting to check for leaks.
Immediately disconnect the gas and power supply, evacuate personnel, and notify professional maintenance personnel.
