What is the standard operating procedure for a 100T gas-fired industrial HVAC burner?
Start-up Sequence:
1. First, turn on the power control button on the control cabinet and observe the current furnace temperature displayed on the digital display.
2. Turn on the fan control button and check if the fan is working properly.
3. If the fan is working normally, then turn on the combustion control button. The combustion program controller will start working and perform ignition, gas supply, and flame detection operations according to the program.

**Ignition Precautions: When starting the Gas Burner, strictly prevent sudden flame ejection from injuring people and damaging property. When the combustion controller receives a signal unfavorable to combustion (e.g., ignition failure, unstable gas pressure, circuit problem), the combustion controller will immediately shut off the gas and issue an alarm signal.
**Monitoring During Operation: During Furnace Burners equipment operation, regular checks should be performed to check for gas leaks in each gas system and to ensure the gas pressure gauge readings are normal. If a leak is found, stop the machine immediately, investigate the cause, and resolve the problem before restarting the equipment.
