3. Cleaning and inspection of flame detection rods. After being used for a period of time, the flame detection rod will produce carbon deposits and deformation, so it needs to be checked every six months. Carbon deposits and deformation affect flame detection. the
4. Gas leak detection. Regularly inspect gas pipelines to prevent gas leakage, ensure safe production and operation, save fuel, and prevent explosions and gas poisoning. the
5. Gas and air pressure detection. Use special pressure detection equipment to detect the pressure error of the pressure gauge and the detection equipment, and calibrate the gas pressure switch to ensure that the gas switch can operate normally when it is set at the set value, so as to protect the safe operation of the equipment. the
6. Check the spool of the solenoid valve to prevent impurities from entering, resulting in lax shutdown in the standby state, and gas leakage into the furnace to prevent explosion accidents. the
7. Check the burner fire protection bucket and mixing cone to prevent deformation and burn out. After burning through the furnace installation flange, and the temperature of the burner body becomes high, leading to accidents.
8. Fan and fan impeller inspection, carbon deposit cleaning. Too much dust accumulation on the fan and impeller will reduce the air intake of the fan and affect the oxygen supply during combustion.
