7. Start the fan control button, and the fan installed on the furnace body will work. At this time, if the fan damages the control cabinet, it will be automatically protected from entering the next step. the

When the combustion-supporting fan works without abnormal phenomenon, start the combustion control button again, and the combustion program controller will start to work at this time, and it will carry out ignition, air supply, flame detection and other procedures through a certain program to finally realize safe combustion. the
9. When the industrial burner controller receives signals that are not conducive to combustion (such as ignition failure, unstable air pressure, and circuit problems), the combustion controller will immediately shut down the gas and send out an alarm signal. the
10. If the combustion controller alarms, it must be manually reset by the operator after the fault is resolved before it can continue to work. the
11. For the operation of the entire combustion equipment, the operator should refer to the furnace body safety operation regulations and production process requirements for operation. the
12. When the control temperature needs to be adjusted according to the requirements of the production process, the operator should refer to the manual of the intelligent numerical control table for adjustment.
