(1) Start-up operation of fuel burner:
1. 2. For newly installed pipelines, the installation reliability and tightness of all pipelines should be carefully checked. ​
3. For users who use a separate gasification station, the gas supply and gas supply parameters should meet the requirements for safe combustion. ​
4. Operators carefully read the equipment operating instructions and master the knowledge and methods of safe operation. ​
5. Check whether the air valve is open before each start, otherwise the burner will not work. ​
6. When the power control on the control cabinet is turned on, the digital display shows the temperature in the furnace, and the temperature of the Xin'an furnace body is the ambient temperature. ​
7. Turn on the fan control button, and the fan installed on the furnace body will work. At this time, if the fan is damaged, the control cabinet will be automatically protected from entering the next operation. ​
8. When the combustion fan operates without abnormality, the combustion control press is restarted and the combustion program controller starts working. After ignition, air supply, flame detection and other procedures, safe combustion is achieved. ​
9. When the fuel burner controller receives a signal that is not conducive to combustion (such as ignition failure, unstable air pressure, circuit problems), the combustion controller immediately blocks the gas and sends out an alarm signal. ​
10. If the combustion controller issues an alarm, it must be manually reset by the operator before troubleshooting, and then continue operation. ​
11. For the operation of the entire equipment, operators should refer to the furnace safety operating procedures and production process requirements. ​
