Oct 27, 2022

1. Structure of oil burner:                                           Body, crank connecting rod mechanism, valve train, fuel system, lubrication system, cooling system, electrical system.

(1) Body: the body of the diesel engine, supports and other components of the device, including the cylinder block, cylinder liner, cylinder head, cylinder gasket, oil pan, flywheel housing, timing gear housing, front and rear feet.

(2) Diesel combustion engine crank connecting rod mechanism: the main moving part of the diesel engine, through the piston, piston pin, connecting rod, crankshaft and flywheel, the energy generated by the combustion of fuel is converted into mechanical energy. Including crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, piston pin, piston pin snap ring, piston pin bushing, piston ring, main bearing, connecting rod bushing, thrust bearing, front and rear crankshaft oil seal, flywheel, shock absorber, etc.

(3) Air distribution mechanism of diesel combustion engine: regularly open and close the intake and exhaust valves. Including timing gears, camshafts, lifters, top rods, rocker arms, valves, valve springs, valve seats, valve guides, valve lock blocks, intake and exhaust pipes, air filters, mufflers, superchargers, etc.

2. Oil atomizing nozzle:

(1) Mechanical atomization The mechanical atomization nozzle uses a high oil pressure to spray the oil from the nozzle hole at a high speed to complete the atomization. The commonly used mechanical atomizing nozzles are centrifugal nozzles.

Simple mechanical atomizing nozzle is composed of atomizing sheet: swirl chamber, oil separator and nozzle nut, etc. The fuel with certain pressure and temperature enters the tangential groove through the oil inlet hole and oil equalizing groove, and obtains a high speed. , and then into the cyclone chamber. The oil generates intense centrifugal rotation in the swirl chamber, forming grooves to pulsate, and ejecting from the nozzle holes to form a hollow conical film. Due to the turbulent flow, the oil diffuses through the nozzle holes, and the centripetal force forms the surface tension and is crushed into many fine oil particles to achieve the purpose of atomization.

(2) The working principle of rotor atomization is that the fuel oil is sent to the high-speed rotating cup-shaped installation of 3000~5000r/min through the hollow shaft. Under the action of centripetal force, the oil is tightly attached to the inner wall of the rotor. A very thin oil film flew out along the mouth of the cup and was atomized into very fine oil particles. At the same time, the fan blades mounted on the same shaft blow out the primary air along the mouth of the rotor through the guide plate, and the rotation direction of the primary air is opposite to the direction of the oil droplets, which further atomizes the oil droplets.
