Note:

The gas consumption is calculated based on the calorific value of blast furnace gas 800kcal/Nm3.

When the altitude is above 500m, the air supply and fan power must be recalculated.

Features of blast furnace gas burner:

The blast furnace gas burner designed and produced by our company uses a three-stage combustion method to burn in three stages, which is to ignite high calorific value fuels (such as natural gas) first, then ignite a part of the gas (that is, auxiliary gas) as a constant open flame after stable combustion, and then ignite the remaining portion of the gas (that is, residual gas) after stable combustion. Inside the burner, a heat-resistant and stable combustion chamber is set up, and gas and air are mixed with swirl fins in the annular gap before being sprayed out for burning, ensuring the stability and sufficiency of combustion.

Suitable fuel: 600kcal/Nm3≤gas calorific value＜1100kcal/Nm3.

According to the requirements, the corresponding parts can be adapted to the high temperature combustion air below 250℃.
