Furnace gas burners are widely used in steam boilers, hot water boilers, heat transfer oil furnaces, direct-fired lithium bromide air conditioning units, air heating furnaces and other industrial furnaces.

The characteristics of producer gas
It is flammable and explosive, and the gas itself has certain toxicity. In industrial production, the gas quality and pressure fluctuate greatly. The composition of the generator gas is not fixed, and fluctuates within a certain range with different fuels, coal types and operating conditions.
Our company uses high calorific value fuel (natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or light oil) to set a long open flame in the design to ensure the stability and safety of the flame in the event of fluctuations.
Suitable fuel of Producer gas burner for industrial application: 1100kcal/Nm3≤gas calorific value＜2200kcal/Nm3.
