The characteristics of producer gas burner
In addition to being explosive and flammable, the gas itself has some toxicity. The quality and pressure of the gas are highly variable in industrial output. The generator gas's chemical make-up is not constant and varies within a particular range depending on the fuel, kind of coal, and operating circumstances.
To ensure the stability and safety of the flame in the event of variations, our firm employs high calorific value fuel (natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, or light oil) to set a long open flame in the design.
Suitable fuel has a gas calorific value of 2200kcal/Nm3, or 1100kcal/Nm3.
