What is a rotary kiln burner
Nov 19, 2024
The rotary kiln is a large-scale refining equipment, so its burner plays a key role. In order to make the equipment work better, users should learn more about the structure of the equipment. The rotary kiln burner is an ordinary tube that emits finely ground fuel natural gas without additional combustion air. The burner distributes the primary air between the outer axial primary air channel and the radial primary air channel in the fuel channel, so that the flame is better regulated. In this way, a good mixture of combustion air and fuel is achieved, and oxygen enters the center of the flame. However, due to the rapid ignition of the fuel, accompanied by high flame temperatures, a lot of nitrogen oxides are emitted, which is a disadvantage of this burner.
