Product Advantage
The 10-ton gas boiler needs to be equipped with a low-nitrogen burner. The SWT burner is equipped with a THG70LN-FGR low-nitrogen gas burner for the selection of a single boiler through relevant information and standards. This type of Low Nitrogen Gas Burner adopts low-nitrogen technologies such as staged combustion, flue gas internal circulation and flue gas recirculation (FGR for short), the control method is electronic proportional adjustment, and the valve group is Siemens double safety solenoid valve.
The new generation of THG/LN/FGR series low NOx gas burners all use electronic proportional adjustment system to ensure that the burner maintains a high level of combustion efficiency and adjustment accuracy, thereby reducing fuel consumption and saving user operating costs.


Security Control
1. Protection from anomalous gas pressure: high or low gas pressure sends information to the combustion manager, which then sends an alert signal and halts the ignition process;
2. Protection against abnormal wind conditions: low wind conditions will convey information to the combustion management, produce an alarm signal, and halt the ignition process;
3. Protection against leaks: If a gas leak is discovered, an alert signal will be issued to halt the ignition of the combustion;
4. Protection against flameout: When flame detection detects a flameout, an alarm signal is produced to halt combustion;
5. Protection against ignition failure: If the primary fire or ignition gun fails to ignite, an alert signal is produced, and the ignition process is stopped;
6. Protection from fire detection faults: the fire detection system identifies a fire before it starts, sends out an alarm, and puts a stop to the burning process;
7. An alert signal is produced when the furnace pressure is elevated. If the pressure increases further to a very high level, the combustion will be abruptly stopped, enter the purging condition, and then reset;
8. The combustion will be abruptly stopped when the boiler malfunctions or the emergency stop signal is activated, an alarm signal will be produced, and it will enter the purging condition before being reset;
9. Power-off protection: When an external power source is abruptly interrupted, the boiler stops operating and must be restarted before it may resume operation when the power is restored;
10. Protection from blower operation interlock failure: When the blower fails, a signal for an alert is created, the furnace is shut off, and an audio and visual alarm is sent.
