Gas Boiler Ignition Rod Sparks But Fails To Ignite
Jul 10, 2022
1. The ventilation gap of the cyclone disk is blocked by carbon deposits, and the ventilation is poor.
2. The oil nozzle is dirty, blocked or worn.
3. The setting angle of the damper is too small.
4. The distance between the tip of the ignition rod and the leading edge of the oil nozzle is inappropriate (too protruding or retracted)
5. The solenoid valve of drip one oil gun is blocked by debris (small fire oil gun).
6. The oil is too viscous and difficult to flow, or the filter system is blocked or the oil valve is not opened, so that the oil pump is insufficient to absorb oil and the oil pressure is low.
7. The filter screen of the oil pump itself is blocked.
8. The oil contains more water (abnormal sound of boiling in the heater).
Treatment measures include: removal; cleaning first, if not, replace it with a new one; small test; adjusting distance (3~4mm is better); dismantling and cleaning (cleaning the parts with diesel oil); checking pipelines and oil filters, insulation equipment ;Remove the outer screw of the oil pump, carefully remove the outer cover, take out the oil net inside, and dip it with diesel oil; try it with new oil.
