Items are regularly protected twice a month:
A. Check the fuel supply pipeline: Gas controller 1. Clean the light oil filter; 2. Check the air tightness of the incineration gas pipeline; 3. Check whether the pipeline is dredged.
B. Check each surface: Gas controller 1. Water level gauge flushing; 2. Pressure gauge elbow flushing; Safety valve test.
C. Check the burner: the flame detector (electric eye) of the gas controller cleans the light-receiving surface; 2. Check whether the operating pressure of the oil pump is normal; 3. Check whether the burning flame is normal; 4. Check whether the sound of the burner has abnormal gas control during burning 5. Clean the turntable plate; 6. Clean the water stick.
D. Check the water inlet system: 1. Clean the water filter; 2. Whether the water pump reaches the extra head and flow rate; 3. Whether the check valve operation is normal.
E. Daily fuel tank drainage and gas controller to clean sundries. Water quality test, boiler water test.
F. Check whether the incineration consumption is normal.
Items protected every three months:
In addition to the above viewing items, the gas controller plus viewing items:
A. Electrical parts: 1. Check whether the gas controller is loose, aging or malfunctioning; 2. Check whether the electrical components are reliable and overloaded; 3. Whether the electrical protection equipment is normal;
B. When the soft water tank is deactivated, open the low valve to remove the sludge;
C. Check the boiler and then click the interlocking gas controller: 1. Low water position; 2. Overpressure;
D. Quality smoke detection: including the analysis of the flue gas into gas controller and the temperature detection of the tail smoke, to check whether the incineration is working normally.
E. Cleaning the boiler body and the surface of the incineration gas controller.
The annual Dabao project:
A. Main body part
Comprehensively arrange the smoke pipes, water pipes, front and rear smoke boxes of the gas controller, the furnace part, the burnout chamber and the ash collection of the smoke pipes.
1. Fully open the cover to check the seal of hand holes, manholes, etc. to check the integrity of the holes, and replace the defective gaskets in time.
2. Comprehensive inspection of all surfaces, valves, gas controllers, including pressure gauges, pressure controllers and electrode water level controllers, and the setting of safety valves.
B. Incinerator part:
Comprehensively organize the incinerator rotor plate, incineration equipment, filter, oil pump, motor and impeller system, and add lubricant to the damper connecting rod equipment. The gas controller re-detects the combustion state.
C. Control part
Overhaul and test electrical components, control the gas controller of the line, sort out the dust collection in the control box, and test each control point.
D. Water supply system
Overhaul the water treatment equipment, check whether the water quality is qualified, comprehensively arrange the soft water tank, check the working condition and head of the feed pump, clean the valve core of the check gas controller, etc.
1. For the air-fuel ratio of the incinerator, please reduce the gas volume or increase the air volume. The possible reason is that the pressure of the pipeline has increased (because the heating peak of the gas controller has passed, and the pressure of the medium-pressure pipeline is sufficient, which will affect the air supply pressure before the incinerator valve block).
2. The incineration head of the incinerator has a lot of carbon deposits, because the carbon deposits are added with the use of time, and the accumulation to a certain thickness will affect the incineration effect of the gas controller, and also affect the detection sensitivity of the flame probe (flame probe). The principle that the needle will form an electric current when it encounters fire. If there is too much carbon deposition, it will form a resistance. If the program controller cannot test the current, it will think that the incineration fails.) Clean and polish the incineration needle and the flame detection needle at the same time.
Note: The incinerator has a window, and the gas controller must determine whether there is a flame. If there is no flame, please follow the method of 1. If there is a flame, please follow the method of 2 to deal with it.
