1. If the gas source fails, check whether the pressure of the natural gas is normally maintained at 3-5kpa. If it is too high or too low, there will be no ignition. Treatment method: adjust the natural gas pressure regulating valve to set the pressure.
2. Check the size of the damper for the fault of the damper. When the damper is too large, it is easy to fail to ignite for many times. The treatment method is to adjust the damper appropriately, but it cannot be completely closed.
3. Failure of ignition electrode or ignition transformer. When the ignition transformer does not ignite, or the ignition electrode is too dirty and the position is wrong, ignition failure will occur. Treatment method; test whether the ignition transformer is ignited, clean the ignition electrode, and adjust the ignition gap to keep 2-3mm.
4. When the gas valve group fails to ignite normally, the valve group will be opened in time, and the sound of opening can be heard. If it cannot be opened, the flame will not be established. The treatment method; check the valve group coil and adjust the opening degree of the valve.
5. Ignition controller failure All ignition programs are issued by the controller, and the controller is damaged and cannot be ignited normally. Treatment method; replace the controller.
