Ignition failure of industrial burners
Under normal conditions, if the burner is started three times in a row, it should be judged as an ignition failure if it fails to ignite and burn, and corresponding inspections are required to eliminate the failure. (The fan runs normally during ignition, and the program is correct) 1. Gas source failure Check whether the pressure of the natural gas is normally maintained at 3-5kpa, if it is too high or too low, it will cause misfire. Treatment method: adjust the natural gas pressure regulating valve to set the pressure. 2. Damper fault Check the size of the damper. When the damper is too large, it is easy to fail to ignite for many times. The treatment method is to adjust the damper to a small size properly, but it cannot be completely closed. 3. Ignition electrode or ignition transformer failure. Ignition failure occurs when the ignition transformer does not ignite, or the ignition electrode is too dirty and in the wrong position. Treatment method: test whether the ignition transformer is ignited, clean the ignition electrode, and adjust the ignition gap to maintain 2-3mm. 4. The gas valve group is faulty. When the gas valve group is ignited normally, the valve group will open in time, and the sound of opening can be heard. If it cannot be opened, no flame will be established. The treatment method is to check the coil of the valve group and adjust the opening degree of the valve. 5. The ignition controller is faulty. All ignition programs are issued by the controller. If the controller is damaged, it cannot ignite normally. Processing method; replace the controller.
