Installation and debugging of Oil Fired Burners

1. Check whether the external gas is in place, whether the pipeline is clear, and whether the external power supply is in place.

2. Adjust the load of the burner to a small load, adjust the combustion position to a small load accordingly, close the large load for combustion and observe the flame condition, and adjust the servo motor or damper according to the flame condition

There are several issues that need to be paid attention to during the debugging of fuel burners:

1. When the secondary combustion process of the fuel burner fails continuously, the burner should be stopped to check whether the gas supply system of the burner is normal and whether the circuit connection is correct. The burner can be restarted only after the fault is eliminated.

2. The gas supply pipeline is prohibited from being knocked or rubbed with a wrench or metal rod to prevent static electricity or sparks from causing gas explosion.

3. Smoking, welding, cutting and other illegal work are prohibited at the gas supply valve group or pipeline flange surface.

4. It is forbidden to conduct any open flame test near the pipeline, valve group and pressure regulating valve to prevent major accidents.
5. Test whether there is fuel in the gas supply pipeline, usually with a gas low pressure gauge.
6. In the gas supply pipeline, even if it has been emptied, there are residual gas or droplets on the pipe wall. If there is static sparks and open flames, it will cause combustion and explosion.
7. When the gas supply pipeline is ventilated and the valve group is faulty, it needs to be disassembled. First, it is necessary to cut off the main valve at the front end of the valve group, and then vent the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group. Only then can the valve group be disassembled and repaired.
8. In the commissioning work, gas must be handled carefully, safely and efficiently.
9. It is forbidden to use non-explosion-proof electrical tools on site.
10. V leak detection equipment must check the valve group cap before use.
