Formal operating procedures for low nitrogen burners
1. Check the relevant parts of low nitrogen burner:
1. Whether the appearance of the burner is good and without damage, and whether the combustion head is firmly installed and adjusted properly.
2. The external circuit connection of the low-nitrogen burner should meet the requirements of electrical installation. The power supply of the burner control cabinet should be supplied, and the program controller and other components should be firmly connected without looseness.
II. Operation of low nitrogen burner:
1. Check: Confirm again whether the external gas is within the required range and whether the pipeline is clear.
2. Start: Turn the fire adjustment knob on the on-site control cabinet to the manual position, turn the power knob to the on position, and then turn the start knob to on. First, the automatic leak detection system will automatically check whether the valve assembly is leaking, and wait for about 2 minutes before the leak detection is completed (if a red light error occurs halfway, you need to press the red reset button on the leak detection system). The fan starts to start and adjust the damper to a larger position to purge the furnace. Wait for the purging process to be completed, automatically adjust the damper to the combustion position and start burning. After the combustion is completed, the burner will stabilize at the low fire position.
3.
