Process of Ultra Low Nox Gas Burners

1. Flameout maintenance The Fully Automatic Ultra Low Nox Gas Burner is in the maintenance state if it is accidentally extinguished during the combustion process. Since the furnace is hot and the gas is prone to deflagration, it is necessary to enter the maintenance state in a very short time to cut off the gas supply. From the occurrence of flameout to the burner entering the maintenance state, the response time of the process requires no more than 1 second.
2. The gas pressure concave and convex limits maintain a certain range of stable combustion of the gas burner, and only allow the gas pressure to fluctuate within a certain range. The purpose of limiting the concave and convex pressure of the gas is to ensure the stability of the flame: no fire off, no flameout or tempering, and at the same time limit the output thermal power of the burner to ensure the safe and economical operation of the equipment. When the gas pressure exceeds this scale, the burner operation should be determined. Burner design generally uses a gas pressure switch to sense the pressure signal and output a switch signal to control the corresponding operation of the burner.
3. Lack of maintenance of air pressure The gas burner is designed with high thermal intensity, and its combustion method adopts forced air blower. If the fan fails to cause air interruption or air shortage, immediately cut off the gas, otherwise the furnace will deflagrate or backfire to the fan.
