What are the characteristics of oil burners

Oil Fired Burners are combustion equipment that uses oil as the main fuel, and are mainly composed of oil atomizers and air regulators.

Oil (diesel, heavy oil, residual oil, tar, oil, etc.) burners have the characteristics of good atomization, convenient combustion, complete combustion, stable flame, strong rigidity, no coking, no blocking, and long service life. It can burn liquid fuels such as light oil, heavy diesel, heavy oil, residual oil, tar, asphalt, oil, etc.

Oil is a liquid fuel, and the boiling point of liquid fuel is always lower than its ignition temperature, so the combustion of oil is actually carried out in the gaseous state. When the oil is burning, it is not the liquid oil that directly participates in the combustion, but the "oil gas". Therefore, the combustion of oil droplets includes three processes: evaporation, dispersion and combustion, and they are carried out simultaneously.

There are two main methods for fuel atomization. The other is mechanical atomization with the participation of medium. The former has two main methods: simple mechanical atomization and reflux mechanical atomization, while the mechanical atomization with the participation of medium includes steam atomization and air atomization.

Steam atomization burners are now widely used in large fuel boilers. The research and development of domestic steam atomization burners has reached a very high level, with mature and stable skills.
